Using this site

These terms cover your use of oakviewdebtrelief.com and the client portal. By using either one, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You can still call us.

This site is information, not advice

Everything here is general information about debt relief. It isn't legal, tax, bankruptcy, or investment advice, and reading it doesn't make you our client. We are not a law firm.

Savings figures, calculators, and quiz results are estimates. Your real numbers depend on your debts, your creditors, and how consistently you can make deposits. We can't promise any debt will be settled, reduced by a set amount, or resolved by a set date.

Your program has its own agreement

If you enroll, your program is governed by the written client agreement you sign. That agreement spells out your fees, your rights, and how cancellation works. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 and live in the United States. Our services aren't available in every state.

Your client portal account

Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so if you think someone else has your password, call us right away and we'll lock it down.

Please give us accurate information. Settlements are negotiated on the numbers you give us, and wrong numbers can sink a deal.

What you can't do here

• Try to get into accounts, systems, or data that aren't yours
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the site with automated tools
• Upload viruses or anything meant to disrupt the site
• Pretend to be someone else or submit false information
• Use the site for anything illegal

Our content

The text, graphics, and logos on this site belong to Oak View Debt Relief. You're welcome to read, print, and share pages for your own personal use. Please don't republish or sell them without asking us first.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to government agencies and other outside sites because they're useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or how they handle your information.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

To the extent the law allows, Oak View Debt Relief isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. This section doesn't limit any rights you have under your client agreement or under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where the law of your home state gives you protections that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of the page. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.
