Accessibility
This site should work for everyone. If it doesn't work for you, we want to hear about it.

Our goal
Anyone dealing with debt should be able to use this site, whether they're on a phone, using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, or zoomed in to 200%. We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we've done so far
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
- Pages you can move through with a keyboard alone
- Text descriptions on meaningful images
- Color contrast that's readable for low-vision users
- Layouts that hold up when you zoom in or use a small screen
- Reduced animation when your device asks for it
Where we fall short
We haven't gotten everything right. Some older PDFs and some tools we use from other companies, like e-signature and payment screens, may not work well with assistive technology. We're reviewing them and replacing what we can.
Other ways to work with us
You never have to use the website to get help. Call (844) 588-6837 Mon–Fri, 8am–7pm and a specialist can walk through everything with you by phone. If you use a relay service, dial 711 first. If you need documents in a different format, like large print, tell us what works for you and we'll sort it out.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site doesn't work for you, email contact@oakviewdebtrelief.com with the page you were on and what went wrong. A screenshot helps but isn't required. A real person reads every message.
